Odesa TCC responded to video of conflict between serviceman and teenager

The Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support has ordered an internal investigation after a video of a conflict between a man in military uniform and a teenager was shared on social media.

The reaction was prompted by a video that began circulating on the internet. The footage shows a scuffle involving a minor and a man dressed in military uniform.

The Odesa Regional TCC said that after the video appeared, it was decided to conduct an internal investigation. Its results should help establish the circumstances of the incident and assess the actions of those involved.

Circumstances of the conflict are being clarified
