The head of the VLC of one of the TCC will be tried: during the search, $307 thousand were found

The Dnipro Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Eastern Region sent to court an indictment against the head of the military medical commission of one of the district TCC and JV. She is accused of facilitating draft evasion, receiving and giving unlawful benefit, as well as illegal enrichment.

According to the investigation, in September–October 2025, the accused acted in collusion with a civilian and for money ensured the entry of false information into the VLC conclusions. Such documents allowed persons liable for military service to avoid conscription during mobilization.

Law enforcement officers documented her receiving $2 thousand and 10 thousand hryvnias for processing the relevant conclusions. In addition, as the prosecutor's office claims, the head of the VLC handed over $500 to an employee of one of the TCC and JV of Dnipropetrovsk region for removing her acquaintance from the wanted list in the "Oberig" system.

Separately, the investigation checked the origin of the accused's property. At the prosecutor's office request, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption conducted lifestyle monitoring and established that she acquired assets with a total value of 13.7 million hryvnias.

The legality of the origin of 12.3 million hryvnias of this amount, according to the prosecutor's office, could not be confirmed.

During the search at the woman's place of residence, law enforcement officers seized $307 thousand, €6 thousand and 113 thousand hryvnias in cash. Of these, $300 thousand were subsequently transferred to the management of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency.

The court chose a measure of restraint for the accused in the form of detention with the possibility of putting up 12 million hryvnias bail. Her property was also seized.

The indictment must now be considered by the court. According to the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent until their guilt is proven by a court's guilty verdict.
