Recovery services have begun repaying debts to road contractors using funds from the Reserve Fund. Between September 7-10, companies received UAH 5.17 billion, with over half of this amount going to "Avtomahistral-Pivden" and "Rostdorstroy".

This is reported by Nashi Groshi citing data from the analytical system "007" and Spending.

The largest recipient during this period was "Avtomahistral-Pivden" - about UAH 1.8 billion. "Rostdorstroy" received slightly over UAH 1 billion, and "Paritybudinvest" - about UAH 678 million.

Other major recipients included ShRBU No. 82 with almost UAH 437 million, "European Road Construction Company" - about UAH 362 million, and "ABZ Eurobud-asphalt" - almost UAH 350 million.

At the same time, the distribution of funds among major contractors currently differs significantly. In particular, "Avtostrada", which ranks second among recipients from regional Recovery Services in 2026, received only about UAH 3.4 million between September 7-10.

Since the beginning of the year, "Avtomahistral-Pivden" has received about UAH 5.64 billion from Recovery Services, "Avtostrada" - UAH 2.34 billion, and "Rostdorstroy" - UAH 2.25 billion.

In total, by the government order of August 21, UAH 24.14 billion was allocated from the Reserve Fund to the Restoration Agency for relevant road expenditures. Thus, the UAH 5.17 billion transferred in early September is only part of the planned funding.

According to Nashi Groshi, on September 10 alone, payments to road contractors became the largest category of budget expenditures in Ukraine.
