State-owned PrivatBank has put the Dnipro-Arena football stadium and a training base in Dnipro up for sale again. The starting price of the single lot is ₴140.7 million, with the auction scheduled for October 6.

The auction will be held through the Prozorro.Sale system. Bids will be accepted until 20:00 on October 5, and the guarantee fee is ₴7.04 million — 5% of the starting price.

The bank obtained the stadium and training base as repayment of debts on loans issued before PrivatBank's nationalization. The facilities are not used in the financial institution's core operations, so their sale is provided for by the distressed assets management strategy.

This is not the first attempt to sell the sports complex. In October 2025, PrivatBank offered Dnipro-Arena and the base as a single lot with a starting price of ₴150 million, but the auction was cancelled due to lack of participants.

Nominally, the new starting price is ₴9.3 million lower than last year's. However, it is not entirely correct to compare these amounts directly: in the previous auction, ₴150 million included VAT, while the current ₴140.7 million is stated without VAT in the Prozorro.Sale system.

After the failed sale, PrivatBank tried to find a tenant for the complex. In January 2026, the bank offered the stadium and training base for lease with a starting monthly payment of about ₴2.7 million, but those tenders also did not take place due to lack of bids.

Dnipro-Arena has a capacity of 31,003 spectators and was renovated and opened in 2008. The complex includes a 105 by 68 metre football pitch with under-soil heating and automatic irrigation, a VIP box for 296 seats, a restaurant, gyms and other facilities.

The single lot also includes a training base in the Prydniprovsk residential area. Its territory hosts three artificial and four natural-surface pitches, an indoor football pitch with 506-seat stands, a cottage village for footballers, two office and residential buildings, a swimming pool, a gym and a medical rehabilitation centre.

PrivatBank said that the proceeds from the sale will improve the bank's financial result and, accordingly, could increase the volume of taxes and dividends transferred to the state budget.
