This is indicated by a statement by US President Donald Trump during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in New York.

During the meeting, a journalist reminded Trump of his statement made last year at the UN General Assembly. At that time, the US President stated that Ukraine would be able to regain all of its territory.

The journalist asked whether Trump still holds such a position.

In response, the US President did not directly assess the prospects of Ukraine regaining all territories.

"I think they (Ukraine and Russia – ed.) will make a deal. I don't want to say what exactly will be in this deal", - Trump stated.

Thus, the US President did not specify whether he considers it possible for Ukraine to regain all the occupied territories. He stated his expectation of a future agreement.

At the same time, the US President did not provide specific details of a potential agreement.
