Former Prosecutor General Kravchenko settles in Vienna after leaving Ukraine - media
Former Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko and his wife Oleksandra registered their primary place of residence in Vienna after leaving Ukraine. This is evidenced by data from the Central Register of Residence Registration of Austria, obtained by "Ukrainska Pravda".
According to extracts from the Austrian register Zentrales Melderegister (ZMR) published by the outlet, both recently appeared in the system and indicated the same current primary place of residence - Jordangasse 7/12 in the central district of Vienna.
At the same time, journalists found that at the specified address there is not a regular apartment, but an office of the company CS Corporate Services GmbH.
The company, in particular, offers domiciliation services - providing a legal address to companies, as well as secretarial and management services and the sale of already registered companies. At least two dozen legal entities are registered at the same address.
"Ukrainska Pravda" suggests that such registration could have been used in order not to disclose the actual place of residence of the couple. At the same time, there is no confirmation that Kravchenko actually lives at this address.
Also, there is currently no official confirmation that the former prosecutor general has applied for political asylum in Austria or received another special status.
According to UP, Kravchenko's wife left Ukraine on September 12, crossing the border with Moldova through the Palanka checkpoint. The next day, according to sources of the outlet in law enforcement agencies, she crossed the border with Romania by car.
Ruslan Kravchenko himself left Ukraine on September 14 at 2:19 through the Shehyni checkpoint. He was driving a Mercedes V-class car together with a driver engaged in international passenger transportation.
Earlier, Kurs reported that Kravchenko left Ukraine in a car of a premium international transportation service.
According to UP sources, neither Kravchenko nor his wife bought airline tickets on routes they could have taken to reach Austria. The outlet suggests that they could have arrived in Vienna by car.
