On September 28, some users experienced problems with the "Reserve+" app. When trying to open the app or update data, a message about loss of connection appears on the screen.

In particular, the app shows an error "Connection got lost somewhere" and suggests checking the internet connection and retrying.

At the same time, the failure is not general. As of 15:00, for some users "Reserve+" continues to work normally, in particular allows updating and downloading the electronic military registration document.

Thus, the problems are currently selective and may affect only some users or certain functions of the app.

As of 15:00, the Ministry of Defense has not separately reported the reasons for the current interruptions or any emergency works. The official website of the ministry has not published any notice about the current failure.

A few days earlier, on September 25, the Ministry of Defense began gradually launching a new authorization method in "Reserve+" via "Diia.Signature." At the same time, the traditional login via BankID also remained available.

The ministry noted then that the new function appears for users gradually. There is currently no data that the current connection problems are related exactly to this update.

"Reserve+" is used by conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists to obtain an electronic military registration document, update data, and access other military registration services.

Information about the app's operation may be updated.
