Ukraine's Ukrposhta tells whether parcel delivery tariffs will change by the end of the year
Ukrposhta has decided not to revise delivery tariffs until the end of 2026. Service costs will remain unchanged in the fourth quarter, which traditionally sees the peak of online store sales.
This was reported by the company's CEO Igor Smelyansky in his Telegram channel.
According to him, the decision was made on the eve of the start of the fourth quarter, which is especially important for e-commerce due to Black Friday, St. Nicholas Day, and New Year's holidays.
Ukrposhta expects that keeping current tariffs will allow entrepreneurs and buyers to spend less on logistics during the period of the most active sales. Smelyansky also reminded that many Ukrainian stores, warehouses, and enterprises continue to suffer losses due to Russian shelling.
Thus, until the end of December, the company does not plan to increase delivery costs specifically. Current tariffs and conditions for individual services are published on the official website of Ukrposhta.
At the same time, the company has simplified business access to its services. Now entrepreneurs can conclude a contract with Ukrposhta remotely in less than three minutes without submitting paper documents. Basic information is automatically loaded from state registers.
After concluding the contract, entrepreneurs gain access to a personal account for processing shipments, the option to pay for services at the end of the month within the credit limit, discounts, and other conditions for corporate clients. For senders with a volume of more than 50 parcels per month, a personal manager is provided.
The exception is contracts that provide for cash on delivery: online registration is also available for them, but more documents will be required due to National Bank requirements.
Customers who already have an existing contract with Ukrposhta do not need to re-register it.
