Russia massively attacked Ukraine with drones: air defense results

Russian forces massively attacked Ukraine with drones on September 30. From morning until 18:30, air defense forces neutralized 254 out of 285 UAVs launched by the enemy.

This was reported by Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thus, Ukrainian air defense managed to neutralize almost 90% of the Russian drones detected during the attack.

The air attack continued for most of the day. Russian drones were spotted over various regions of the country, including reports of drone movement towards Kyiv and other major cities.

The Air Force emphasizes that the data on the results of repelling the attack is as of 18:30 and may be updated.

The mass attack on September 30 was accompanied by strikes on energy infrastructure. During the day, emergency power outages had to be applied in Kyiv and several regions, and energy workers began restoration work on damaged facilities.
