Nova Poshta systems suffered a DDoS attack. The company warned about possible temporary difficulties in the operation of its digital services.

This was reported by the press service of Nova Poshta.

The company stated that the situation is under control, and IT specialists have already launched backup work schemes to counter the attack and maintain service availability.

Before the company's official announcement, users began complaining about problems with the Nova Poshta mobile app and personal account. As RBC-Ukraine reports, some clients could not log into the system, create or upload express waybills, and API issues were also recorded.

Nova Poshta did not report any data loss or compromise. Currently, the company attributes the disruptions precisely to a DDoS attack, the goal of which is to overload information systems with a large number of requests.

The company did not specify how much time may be needed for the full restoration of stable operation of all services.
