Kyiv's Northern Bridge, damaged by an attack, fully restored
In Kyiv, specialists of the utility company “Kyivavtodorhmost” have fully restored the section of the Northern Bridge damaged as a result of the Russian attack on October 4. This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.
At the damaged section, specialists reinforced the base of the roadway and covered it with a special metal plate. After that, road workers restored the asphalt-concrete pavement.
Damaged structural elements connecting the individual parts of the bridge and ensuring its strength and stability were also repaired.
The Kyiv City State Administration stated that the work carried out brought the section into a condition necessary for safe operation.
Earlier, specialists from “Kyivteploenergo” restored the heating main, also damaged as a result of the attack on October 4. After the repair, residents of the Desnianskyi district are once again receiving hot water.
