Ryanair opens four new winter routes from Krakow
Ryanair has expanded its winter schedule from Krakow for 2026, adding four new routes. Passengers will have access to flights to Budapest, Dubrovnik, Rabat and Venice.
Ryanair reported this on 7 October. In total, the carrier's winter schedule from Krakow will include 67 routes.
At the same time, the airline will increase frequency on more than 30 existing routes. In particular, more flights are planned to Barcelona, Bari, Malaga and Valencia.
In the winter season, Ryanair will base 16 aircraft in Krakow — three more than a year earlier. The company estimates the value of the aircraft fleet based there at $1.6 billion. Krakow remains Ryanair's largest base in Central and Eastern Europe.
According to research by KPMG cited by the airline, in 2025 Ryanair accounted for 54% of all passenger traffic at Krakow Airport. The carrier also links its operations in the Małopolskie Voivodeship to nearly 11,000 jobs.
The expansion of Krakow's route network is of practical importance for Ukrainian passengers: the city remains one of the major aviation hubs in southern Poland, used by travelers from Ukraine among others.
As part of the launch of the winter schedule, Ryanair also announced a three-day ticket sale with prices starting from 99 zlotys.
