ПриватБанк снизил цену "Днепр-Арены" после неудачного аукциона
PrivatBank has again put up for sale the Dnipro-Arena football stadium and a training base in Dnipro. After the first auction failed, the starting price of the complex was reduced by more than UAH 22 million.
This was reported by the press service of PrivatBank.
The new auction in the "Prozorro.Sales" system is scheduled for October 15, 2026. The starting price of the lot is UAH 118.329 million, and the guarantee fee for participants is UAH 5.916 million, or 5% of the initial price.
The previous auction was to be held on October 6. At that time, PrivatBank offered the complex at a starting price of UAH 140.701 million, but the auction did not take place. Thus, when trying again to sell, the bank reduced the initial price by approximately UAH 22.4 million.
The single lot includes the Dnipro-Arena stadium itself and a football training base with an indoor pitch.
The Dnipro-Arena is designed for 31,003 spectators. The stadium was reconstructed and opened in 2008. The football pitch is equipped with under-soil heating and automatic irrigation systems, as well as artificial lighting for evening matches.
The stadium complex also includes dressing rooms, warm-up and training rooms, rooms for coaches, media representatives and referees, a VIP box, a restaurant and car parks.
The training base is located in a forest park area of the Prydniprovsk residential district. It was built in 1971 and reconstructed in 2010. On its territory there are seven open football pitches and one indoor pitch with stands for 506 spectators.
In addition, the base's infrastructure includes a cottage village, two office and residential buildings, a medical and rehabilitation centre, a swimming pool, a gym and staff rooms.
PrivatBank received these facilities as repayment of debts on loans issued before the bank's nationalisation. They are not used in the main banking activity.
The sale is part of PrivatBank's strategy for managing troubled assets. The bank said that the proceeds from the sale of the complex should increase its financial result and, accordingly, the amount of taxes and dividends transferred to the state budget.
Potential buyers are also subject to restrictions: they must not be under sanctions, be associated with high-risk jurisdictions, financing of terrorism or money laundering, or belong to former owners or managers of PrivatBank.
