As a result of the Russian attack, the fresh products warehouse of the retail chain "Auchan" was damaged. There are no injured employees.

This is stated in the company's message on Facebook.

Auchan clarified that it was specifically the fresh products warehouse that suffered damage, which is used for storage and distribution of products across the retail network.

The company did not disclose the scale of destruction and possible impact of the facility's damage on deliveries of goods to stores. An assessment of the damage caused has not yet been provided either.

This is not the first Auchan facility in Ukraine damaged as a result of Russian attacks in recent months. On August 30, a strike hit the company's warehouse in Boryspil, Kyiv region. At that time, there were also no casualties.

In addition, on September 26, during another attack, the Auchan Belichi hypermarket in Kyiv was damaged. After that, the store temporarily suspended operations to assess the condition of the building and carry out restoration work.

Auchan Ukraine has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 2008 and is developing a network of hypermarkets, supermarkets, pickup points, and online delivery. Damage to warehouse infrastructure can complicate the logistics of fresh products, which require constant temperature conditions and fast delivery to stores.
