Following the decline in non-cash dollar quotes on the interbank currency market, the selling prices of cash dollars also went down. At the same time, the euro, which yesterday was getting cheaper both against the dollar and the hryvnia, today reversed and began to rise in price – both on FOREX and in Ukraine. On FOREX during the day, it rose by 93 points – from 1.11483 to 1.12411 dollars. In Ukrainian banks by the evening of Thursday, the minimum selling rate increased to 50.57 UAH at Credit Agricole Bank. According to analysts of the “Exchange Rate of Ukraine” portal, the euro against the hryvnia has either reached another “bottom” and will not get cheaper against the hryvnia anymore, or is near its minimum values.
