In Kyiv on October 20, after the Russian attack on energy facilities, new power supply disruptions occurred. Four districts of the capital are partially de-energized.

This was reported by the energy company DTEK.

According to the company, power outages have been recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi and Pecherskyi districts of Kyiv. Some consumers in these districts have no electricity.

Energy workers have already begun restoration work to restore electricity to the homes of the capital's residents as soon as possible.

DTEK has not yet specified the number of de-energized consumers or the estimated time for full restoration of power supply.

Earlier, on October 20, stabilization power outages were introduced in Kyiv by order of Ukrenergo. The restrictions are related to damage to the power system as a result of previous Russian attacks.

Residents of the capital can check information about outages at a specific address on the official DTEK website, in the company's chatbot or in the Kyiv Digital app.
