NABU searches of the head of the National Bank Pyshnyi: reaction of the foreign exchange market

The searches at the head of the National Bank of Ukraine Andriy Pyshnyi have not yet affected the operation of the Ukrainian currency market. On the interbank currency market after the start of trading, there is lively trading in a narrow range of 45.03-45.07 UAH. The volume of transactions in the Bloomberg trading system as of 11:24 exceeded 110 million dollars.

According to information from the portal "Kurs Ukrainy", the National Bank is conducting a major currency intervention, trying to prevent a possible rush after the news of the searches at the head of the NBU.
