On Wednesday, October 21, fuel prices continued to rise at Ukrainian gas stations. The average cost of autogas increased the most over the day, exceeding 52 UAH per liter. Diesel fuel also became more expensive, and among large chains, KLO recorded the most noticeable increase.

This is evidenced by the daily monitoring data of the Consulting Group "A-95" as of October 21 compared to the previous day.

The average price of autogas in Ukraine increased by 79 kopiyok - to 52.23 UAH per liter. The day before, according to the monitoring data, its cost was 51.44 UAH/l.

Diesel fuel went up by 36 kopiyok - to 102.59 UAH/l. Thus, its average price continued to rise after crossing the 102 UAH per liter mark the day before.

Gasoline A-95 added 12 kopiyok and now costs an average of 89.97 UAH/l. Premium A-95+ went up by 15 kopiyok - to 93.74 UAH/l. At the same time, the average price of A-92 decreased slightly - to 86.40 UAH/l.

Large chains raised prices for diesel and autogas

Among the eight largest gas station operators, the most noticeable increase in diesel fuel was recorded in the KLO chain. Over the day, its average cost increased by 1.50 UAH - to 104.40 UAH/l.

OKKO, WOG and SOCAR raised diesel prices by 1 UAH per liter. In these chains, it now costs respectively 105.90, 105.50 and 106 UAH/l.

At UKRNAFTA, UPG, AMIC and "BRSM-Nafta", the average cost of diesel fuel did not change over the day.

The most expensive diesel among the eight operators is sold by SOCAR - 106 UAH/l. The lowest average price is recorded at UKRNAFTA - 99.90 UAH/l. The difference is 6.10 UAH per liter.

Autogas became more expensive in seven of the eight large chains. The largest average increase was recorded at AMIC - about 1.05 UAH, to 52.92 UAH/l.

At OKKO, WOG, UKRNAFTA and KLO, autogas went up by 1 UAH per liter. UPG raised its price by 40 kopiyok, and "BRSM-Nafta" - by 71 kopiyok. Only SOCAR left the cost of autogas unchanged.

Among the eight operators, the cheapest autogas is offered by "BRSM-Nafta" - on average 50.16 UAH/l. The highest price remains at WOG - 53.50 UAH/l.

In the gasoline market among large operators, the most noticeable changes occurred in the UPG chain. The company raised the average prices of A-95 and A-95+ by 1 UAH per liter at once - to 89.90 and 92.90 UAH/l respectively.

For the other seven operators, the average A-95 prices did not change. The cost of premium gasoline remained stable as well, except for UPG.

Smaller chains changed prices even more noticeably

Among other gas station operators, much larger fluctuations in the cost of certain fuel types were recorded.

The largest increase in autogas was recorded in the "Katral" chain - by 5 UAH per liter. Its average price rose to 54.99 UAH/l.

At Chipo stations, autogas became more expensive by an average of 1.96 UAH - to 53.72 UAH/l. The "Avtotrans" chain raised its cost by 1.60 UAH, to 51.50 UAH/l.

Among other operators, diesel prices also changed noticeably. At BVS, it went up by 2 UAH - to 105 UAH/l, and at VostokGaz - also by 2 UAH, to 102 UAH/l.

VostokGaz simultaneously raised the average price of gasoline A-95 by 2 UAH - to 89.99 UAH/l.

At the same time, some chains lowered prices. At Neftek stations, gasoline A-95 became cheaper by 2 UAH - to 90 UAH/l, diesel fuel - by 50 kopiyok, to 104.50 UAH/l, and autogas - by 1 UAH, to 52.90 UAH/l.

Another notable reduction in diesel fuel was recorded in the EURO5 chain - by 2 UAH, to 105 UAH/l.

Thus, the main trend on October 21 remained the rise in prices for autogas and diesel. At the same time, in the gasoline market, changes were less large-scale and mostly concerned individual operators.

The day before, it was reported that diesel fuel in Ukraine crossed a new price mark, and autogas continued to rise in price at most large gas station chains.
