Pravex Bank will change its name to Intesa Sanpaolo Bank on October 30, 2026. The financial institution, owned by the Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo since 2008, is switching to a single international brand. The bank's press service reported this on October 29.
For customers, the rebranding will not change service terms. All existing agreements will remain valid, and there is no need to re-sign them. Accounts, banking products and regular service channels will continue to operate without interruption.
The brand change will be gradual. The new name will appear on branch signs, the official website, digital services, and advertising and information materials of the bank.
According to CEO Semen Babaiev, the rebranding is intended to emphasize the Ukrainian bank's belonging to the international financial group. The institution will keep its current team and continue serving retail and corporate clients in the Ukrainian market.
Intesa Sanpaolo is Italy's largest banking group, serving over 21 million retail and corporate clients. As of July 1, 2026, Pravex Bank had 38 branches and 501 employees in Ukraine.
