The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the rules of operation of the Network of Ukrainian Unity Abroad. It will unite already opened Unity Centers, Ukrainian organizations in other countries, consultants and a special web portal for finding information and services.

The relevant resolution was adopted by the government on 28 October, the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine reported.

The network should provide Ukrainians abroad with access to verified information about public services, employment, professional development and opportunities for voluntary return to Ukraine. This includes training of consultants under a single programme.

Legal entities that work with Ukrainians abroad will be able to join the network. Participating organizations will have the opportunity to present their services on a common web portal, hold informational and educational events, and send employees for training as consultants.

The work will be coordinated by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity, and the state-owned LLC "National Unity Agency" has been designated as the operator.

To join, organizations will be able to enter into agreements for the use of the network brand on the terms of a public offer. The Agency must publish these terms no later than two months after the resolution enters into force. The next stage will be acceptance of applications from organizations.

It is also planned to create a common information resource where Ukrainians can find contacts of organizations, information about available services and planned events. Full population of the portal and training of consultants will take place in the course of further network deployment.

The first participants are three Unity Centers already operating in Berlin, Stockholm and Prague. They were opened in cooperation with the governments of Germany, Sweden and Czechia.

Recall that the decision to develop the network of Unity Centers was adopted by the government back in July 2025. The new resolution defines the procedure of interaction with Ukrainian organizations abroad and the mechanism for their joining the common support system.
