In Kyiv on the morning of November 4, the water supply, which had been interrupted on the previous day due to damage to energy infrastructure as a result of Russian attacks, was partially restored. Utilities worked all night, but in parts of the capital, water is still being supplied at reduced pressure.

This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.

According to city authorities, water supply has already been restored on the left bank of Kyiv. On the right bank, Kyivvodokanal specialists partially restored power to one of the key facilities, after which water began to reach consumers.

At the same time, reduced pressure in the water distribution network remains in Sviatoshyn, Solomianskyi, parts of Obolonskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Podilskyi districts, as well as in the residential areas of Pushcha-Vodytsia, Vynohradar and Nyvky.

Utilities continue to work on stabilizing pressure and fully restoring water supply. Exact timelines for completion have not yet been announced.

Starting at 8:00 AM, in districts where water is still unavailable, pump room complexes are scheduled to be connected to generators. This will allow residents to draw water even in the absence of centralized power supply.

You can find the nearest pump room that can operate from a generator on the interactive map of Kyivvodfond.

As a reminder, on November 3, water supply in Kyiv was temporarily halted due to the power outage of the main facilities of Kyivvodokanal following Russian strikes on energy infrastructure. Experts warned that even after electricity is restored, additional time will be needed to start the equipment, fill the networks, and restore normal pressure.
