In Adygeysk, Russia, after a night drone attack on November 4, the roof of the Ozon marketplace logistics center partially collapsed. A large-scale fire broke out on the complex's territory, due to which the company suspended the acceptance of goods and began redirecting deliveries to other warehouses.
The damage to the building was reported by the independent outlet Astra, which conducted an OSINT analysis of photos and video recordings of eyewitnesses.
Based on the results of Astra's analysis, it was established that the roof of the warehouse building partially collapsed on the territory of Ozon's logistics center. The destruction was recorded after reports of a drone attack and fire at the facility.
The monitoring channel Exilenova+ also published photos and videos that allegedly show the consequences of the attack on the warehouse complex. Morning footage captured a fire that continued after the night strike.
The information about the attack on the logistics center was officially confirmed by Ozon itself. In a message to sellers, the marketplace stated that after a drone hit the facility, a fire broke out and all workers were promptly evacuated.
Due to the damage to the complex, Ozon suspended the acceptance of new deliveries from sellers and changed logistics routes. Goods that were at the affected warehouse are being removed from the available assortment of the marketplace.
Orders that cannot be fulfilled from other logistics centers will be cancelled. Some goods will be delivered to customers from alternative warehouses, and shipments that were already on their way to Adygeysk will be redirected to other company facilities.
The affected complex is located in the southwestern part of Adygeysk and, according to Astra, is one of Ozon's important distribution centers in southern Russia. It is used for receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping goods to customers.
According to estimates cited by the outlet, the area of the warehouse complex is about 10,000 square meters, and more than 1,500 employees may work at the facility. Construction of the facility began in 2022, and it was fully put into operation in the fall of 2023.
The head of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, confirmed the fire at the logistics center as a result of the drone attack. According to him, units of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations were involved in extinguishing it. There are no casualties or injured, preliminary.
On the night of November 4, drones also attacked other regions of Russia. The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed to have neutralized 709 Ukrainian drones over a number of regions, the Krasnodar Territory, Adygea, the occupied Crimea, and over the waters of the Black and Azov Seas. There is no independent confirmation of the declared number of downed drones.
This is not the first case of damage to Ozon logistics facilities as a result of drone attacks. At the end of October, the company reported that since August 2026, fires after drone strikes occurred at 11 of its logistics facilities. The marketplace's total estimated losses at that time amounted to 30.1 billion rubles.
Currently, the company has not disclosed an estimate of the damage from the new attack in Adygeysk. It is also unknown what part of the warehouse complex lost its functionality and how long it will take to restore its work.
