In October 2026, Ukraine exported 3.05 million tons of agricultural products, which is only 0.6% more than the September figure. At the same time, the structure of exports changed noticeably: the reduction in grain shipments was offset by an increase in shipments of oilseeds, vegetable oils, and processed products.
This is evidenced by data from the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB), released on November 3. The statistics cover products of commodity groups 1-24 of the UKT ZED that underwent customs clearance.
The export of grain crops decreased the most—by 10.9% compared to September, to 1.32 million tons. The main part of the shipments was wheat, of which 990.4 thousand tons were exported, which is 9.5% less than the previous month.
Corn exports decreased by 8%, to 282.4 thousand tons. The reduction in barley shipments was even more noticeable—by 45.3%, to 43.9 thousand tons.
Instead, exports of oilseeds increased by 16.3% and reached 574.9 thousand tons. The largest volumes were provided by rapeseed—378.4 thousand tons, although its shipments decreased compared to September.
At the same time, soybean exports increased 3.4 times, to 123.8 thousand tons, and sunflower seeds—3.7 times, to 61.7 thousand tons.
Processed products also showed positive dynamics. Shipments of vegetable oils increased by 10.7%, to 358 thousand tons. In particular, supplies of sunflower oil increased by 76.4% and amounted to 258.7 thousand tons.
Exports of oilseed meal also increased—by 19.4%, to 409.9 thousand tons. At the same time, shipments of soybean meal increased by 41%, and sunflower meal—by 15%.
Overall, grains, oilseeds, vegetable oils, and meal provided 87.3% of the physical volume of Ukrainian agricultural exports in October.
Thus, the total volume of agricultural supplies almost did not change, but the role of oilseeds and their processed products increased. At the same time, the specified indicators characterize exports in tons and do not allow, without additional data, to assess changes in foreign exchange earnings of the agricultural sector.
