On Wednesday, November 4, Ukrainian gas stations continued to increase the price of automotive gas, but the pace of growth slowed again. Among the largest gas station chains, fewer operators are raising the cost of this type of fuel. At the same time, prices for gasoline and diesel fuel generally remain stable.
This is evidenced by the daily retail price monitoring data of the A-95 Consulting Group as of November 4, 2026. The figures are compared with the previous day, November 3.
The average price of autogas in Ukraine increased by 29 kopiykas - from 58.82 to 59.11 UAH/L. This is less than the increase the day before, when gas added 41 kopiykas per liter.
Thus, after a sharp rise at the beginning of November, the increase is gradually slowing down. Recall that on November 2, autogas rose by 75 kopiykas compared to Friday, October 30.
Average fuel prices in Ukraine
| Fuel type | November 4, UAH/L | November 3, UAH/L | Change, UAH/L |
|---|---|---|---|
| A-92 | 86.28 | 86.33 | -0.05 |
| A-95 | 90.07 | 90.06 | +0.01 |
| A-95+ | 93.88 | 93.89 | -0.01 |
| Diesel | 104.60 | 104.58 | +0.02 |
| Autogas | 59.11 | 58.82 | +0.29 |
Note: changes are given according to A-95 data. Due to rounding of average prices to kopiykas, the difference between published values may differ by one kopiyka from the indicated change.
Gasoline A-92 on average decreased by 5 kopiykas, to 86.28 UAH/L. Premium A-95+ decreased by 1 kopiyka, to 93.88 UAH/L. Meanwhile, A-95 and diesel fuel increased by 2 kopiykas each, to 90.07 and 104.60 UAH/L respectively.
Among the largest gas station chains, a slowdown in autogas price increases is also observed. Whereas on November 3, four of the eight reviewed operators increased its cost, on November 4 only three did so.
Prices were raised by UKRNAFTA, AMIC, and BRSM-Nafta. The remaining five chains - OKKO, WOG, UPG, SOCAR, and KLO - kept autogas prices unchanged.

The largest autogas increase among the eight operators was in the UKRNAFTA network - by 1 UAH, to 57.90 UAH/L. Meanwhile, the company left gasoline and diesel prices at the previous level.
In the AMIC network, the average autogas price increased by 45 kopiykas, to 60.46 UAH/L. In BRSM-Nafta, gas rose on average by 40 kopiykas, to 57.85 UAH/L. This operator also raised the price of A-95 gasoline by 5 kopiykas and diesel by 9 kopiykas.
Meanwhile, UPG and KLO, which raised autogas prices on November 3, today left them unchanged - at 58.90 and 60.50 UAH/L respectively.
OKKO and WOG also did not revise retail prices. Autogas in these networks costs 59.90 UAH/L, A-95 gasoline - 92.90 UAH/L, diesel - 106.90 UAH/L.
Significant price fluctuations continue among other operators. In particular, VostokGaz increased the autogas price by 3 UAH, to 61.99 UAH/L. The same increase occurred in the "SVOI" network - to 59.90 UAH/L.
In the "Katral" network, autogas added 2 UAH and costs 59.99 UAH/L. SUNOIL raised the average price by 1.95 UAH, to 60.40 UAH/L.
At the same time, the Neftek network lowered autogas prices by 1 UAH, to 60.90 UAH/L. A-95 gasoline and diesel in this operator decreased by 2 UAH - to 90 and 106 UAH/L respectively.
Thus, the retail fuel market shows first signs of stabilization after the sharp autogas price surge at the beginning of November. The average price increase is decreasing, and most large chains have stopped raising gas prices.
However, some regional operators continue to significantly change prices, so it is too early to speak of a complete end to the increase.
