The Ministry of Economy and the Environment of Ukraine approved the first list of industrial machinery and equipment after the resumption of the state program, buyers of which will be able to receive compensation of 15% of the cost. The list includes 309 product items from 17 Ukrainian manufacturers.

This was reported on November 4 by the press service of the Ministry of Economy. The approval of the list allows moving from the extension of the program to its practical implementation.

The state will compensate 15% of the cost of purchased Ukrainian industrial machinery and equipment, excluding VAT. The support is intended for enterprises modernizing production, as well as to stimulate orders from domestic machine builders.

The approved list includes various types of equipment and specialized machinery:

  • backhoe loaders, trailers and semi-trailers;
  • road and fire-fighting equipment, buses;
  • freight cars and elevators;
  • concrete mixing plants and transformers;
  • paint booths and industrial furnaces;
  • laser metal cutting machines.

Among the manufacturers whose products are included in the list are "Elvorti", "Kobzarenko Plant", "Everlast", "Chernihiv Automobile Plant", "Poltavvagon", "Karat-Liftkomplekt" and other Ukrainian enterprises.

According to the ministry, from October 23 to 31, 18 applications from manufacturers and corresponding document packages were reviewed. When forming the list, the agency checked the degree of production localization.

A mandatory condition for receiving compensation is the level of localization of equipment production exceeding 40%. In addition, specific machinery or equipment must be included in the list approved by the ministry.

Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, as well as municipal enterprises that meet the program's conditions will be able to use state support.

To receive compensation, the buyer must select machinery or equipment from the approved list, purchase it, and submit an application through an authorized bank. Payments will be made from the state budget in the prescribed manner.

The Ministry of Economy reported that the new list will be posted on the official website of the agency and sent to authorized banks. The ministry also continues to accept and review documents from manufacturers for further expansion of the list.

As a reminder, at the end of October the government extended the program for compensating the cost of Ukrainian industrial machinery until September 30, 2028. The support mechanism itself has been in effect since October 2024 within the framework of the state policy "Made in Ukraine".
