Russian troops on the morning of November 6 repeatedly attacked energy facilities of DTEK company in Dnipropetrovsk region. Several facilities came under attack at once, where equipment was damaged and a fire broke out as a result of hits.

This was reported by DTEK company on its official Telegram channel.

The company emphasized that the attacked facilities had already suffered damage as a result of previous Russian shelling. At that time, energy workers needed up to three days to complete repair works and fully restore electricity supply to consumers.

New strikes have again damaged energy equipment, so specialists have to repeat recovery works.

"Restoration is ongoing. We are doing everything possible to ensure that every home has light and heat", - noted DTEK.

The company has not yet clarified the extent of the new destruction, the number of consumers cut off from power directly as a result of these hits, and the estimated time of completion of repairs.

The repeated attack occurred against the backdrop of a difficult situation in Ukraine's energy system after nighttime and morning Russian strikes.

According to Ukrenergo, on November 6, new power outages due to shelling were recorded in seven regions: Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv.
