On the night of Saturday, November 7, PrivatBank will temporarily suspend payments and bank card operations. The restrictions will also affect ATMs and payment terminals.
The press service of PrivatBank reported this in its official Telegram channel.
The planned maintenance will last from 00:05 to 06:30 on November 7. During this time, the following will be unavailable to customers:
- All payments and money transfers.
- Bank card operations.
- ATMs and self-service terminals.
- Payment for purchases via POS terminals.
The bank explained that the system update is necessary to increase the speed and stability of services. The maintenance is scheduled for nighttime, when customers perform the fewest transactions.
PrivatBank recommends making necessary payments and transfers in advance or postponing them until after the maintenance is completed after 06:30. This includes cashless payments for purchases and services.
