Fuel prices have stabilized, but diesel has exceeded 100 UAH at some gas stations
Retail fuel prices in Ukraine on September 25 remained almost unchanged, but the market has already formed a new price limit: in a number of networks, diesel fuel costs over UAH 100 per liter.
According to the A-95 Consulting Group, the average diesel price in the country is UAH 98.42/l, but at SOCAR it is sold for an average of UAH 103/l. The Neftek network has a price of UAH 101/l, and at Parallel gas stations in Donetsk region it is fixed at UAH 109.90/l. At the same time, in the two largest networks - OKKO and WOG - diesel is still held directly under this limit at UAH 99.90/l.
However, the overall average diesel price increased by only one kopeck per day. This indicates that after the previous wave of price increases, the market has generally stabilized, although the gap between individual operators remains significant.
The most notable change on September 25 occurred not in the diesel segment, but with premium gasoline. UKRNAFTA reduced the price of A-95+ by UAH 3/l at once - to UAH 88.90/l, causing the average price of this type of fuel in Ukraine to fall by 56 kopecks to UAH 93.00/l.

Among the eight largest operators, most networks again left the main prices unchanged. OKKO and WOG sell A-95 at an average of UAH 92.90/l, diesel at UAH 99.90/l. UPG also kept all major items at the previous day's level.
The main change of the day was UKRNAFTA's decision to reduce premium A-95+ by UAH 3/l at once - from 91.90 to 88.90 UAH/l. As a result, it matched the price of regular A-95 in this network. This change significantly affected the average cost of premium gasoline in the country.
Among the largest operators, the most expensive diesel remains at SOCAR - UAH 103/l. OKKO and WOG have effectively approached the psychological threshold of UAH 100, keeping the price at 99.90 UAH/l. For other operators in the top-8, diesel costs from UAH 96.44/l at BRSM-Nafta to UAH 98.80/l at KLO.
Outside the top-8 operators, significantly sharper local changes persist. VostokGaz reduced A-95 and diesel by UAH 2/l at once - to 85.49 and 95.49 UAH/l respectively, and LPG by UAH 1 to 42.49 UAH/l. Thus, the network continued correction after sharp fluctuations in previous days.
At the same time, DNIPRONAFTA raised diesel by UAH 1/l - to UAH 97.99, and the average price of A-95 in the network added about 33 kopecks. Olas increased A-92 by UAH 1 and A-95 by about 40 kopecks. So outside large networks, the market remains mixed.
Overall weekly dynamics show that the wave of rapid price increases has actually exhausted itself. As of September 21 A-95 cost an average of UAH 89.15/l, A-95+ - UAH 93.33, diesel - UAH 98.55, and LPG - UAH 44.14. By September 25, A-95 added only about 10 kopecks, while A-95+ is already 33 kopecks cheaper, diesel - by 13 kopecks, and LPG - by 22 kopecks. The exception remains A-92, which added about 82 kopecks during this period.
A turning point in dynamics became noticeable at the beginning of the week. On September 22, for the first time after the previous wave of growth, diesel and LPG began to cheapen; on September 23, changes practically stopped across the entire market, and on September 24, individual networks, in particular KLO and AMIC, moved to price reductions.
Thus, at the end of the week, large operators mostly hold prices, and the main changes have moved to individual networks and fuel types. After the sharp September price increases, the market has shifted from general increase to stabilization and targeted downward correction.
